Data Analyst & Web Developer — Singapore

Shabbir Abbas
Bhavnagarwala

I turn messy operational data into decisions people can act on — and build the tools and dashboards that keep it that way. Twelve years across banking, IT services and civil aviation, with Python, SQL and Power BI as my daily instruments.

About

I'm Shabbir — an engineer by training and a data person by habit. I studied Industrial & Systems Engineering at NUS, and since then I've moved between analytics and infrastructure roles, usually ending up as the person who automates the report nobody wants to build by hand twice.

Most recently that's meant rewriting SAS pipelines in SQL and Python, building the Power BI dashboards teams check every morning, and — when it's useful — writing the front-end that puts the data in front of the right person.
